Program for account of visitors coming in the company.

Features: This is an application that tracks visitors to an organization. Intended for use at the front office/security office, this application can add up to 3 photos for the visitor from their passports or photos taken through the webcam and/or scanner. Security guard or the receptionist is supposed to take care of the entry details of the visitor. Directory of visitors is automatically updated when new visitor entries are made. Directory of employees/visitors can be searched several ways; based on a name, a surname, a second name, number of the pass or his passport, his place of work and so on.

The pass creation for the visitor, input of entry and leaving time are entered automatically. You enter the program by using a user name & password. There`s admin functionality defined. Admin can manage user accounts.

Overall: The interface and menu items have some typos and ambiguous names. It is quite elaborately designed but not very effective. Data access card with access control would be far more effective rather than getting passes printed the old-fashioned way. Various inputs are not interactive but rather like filling forms. The administration of passwords is not very secure either as they can be listed in clear text on the admin`s display.

The carrying mode with automatic input of the handed over passings and entering of time of a leaving is realized. Searches on base and the directory of visitors.
Search on a surname, a first name, a second name, num. of the passport, to the address, a place of work, number of the pass.
